Maat for Peace, Development, and Human Rights organized a leisure, social, and cultural trip for the children of prisoners and detainees in Boulaq district. The trip is one of the activities seeking to rehabilitate and integrate the children of prisoners with other regular students, it is implemented in the framework of the project; "Integrated Protection for the Families of Prisoners and Detainees-Integration and Rehabilitation" implemented by Maat and supported by the Swiss foundation Drosos working in Egypt since 2008.
The project seeks to prevent the society's isolation and refusal of the families of prisoners and detainees along with integrating them to become effective in their societies. The trip came as one of the project tools to integrate the children of prisoners with regular children, the trip program included both entertainment and cultural activities. The children under the supervision of social workers and in the presence of psychologists and social workers played games that develop team working spirit and group work, when the children, supervisors, and social workers chose the trip's slogan to be "All of Us Are Equal". The existence of psychologists and social workers brought the children together and provoked positive attitudes towards their peers.
رحلة كلنا زى بعض

نظمت مؤسسة ماعت للسلام والتنمية وحقوق الإنسان رحلة ترفيهية واجتماعية وثقافية لأبناء أسر السجناء والمحتجزين بمنطقة بولاق ، والتي تأتي ضمن الأنشطة الخاصة بدمج وتأهيل أبناء أسر السجناء مع غيرهم من الأبناء فى المدارس ويتم تنفيذ ذلك فى إطار مشروع الحماية المتكاملة لأسر السجناء والمحتجزين (دمج وتأهيل) والذي تنفذه ماعت بدعم من مؤسسة دروسوس والتي تعمل في مصر منذ عام 2008. ويهدف المشروع المنفذ إلى الخروج بأسر السجناء من حالة العزلة والرفض من المجتمع والسعي الى دمجهم وتأهيلهم لكى يكونوا فاعلين دخل مجتمعهم ، وتأتى الرحلة الترفيهية لأبناء هذه الأسر المستهدفة وبمشاركة ابناء من الأسر الطبيعية كأحد الأنشطة التي يعتمد عليها المشروع في تحقيق أهدافه وتضمنت الرحلة عدة برامج منها ما هو ترفيهي وما هو تثقيفي حيث قام الأطفال تحت رعاية المشرفين الاجتماعين وبحضور الأخصائيين النفسين والاجتماعين بممارسة بعض الألعاب التى تساعد على نمو روح الفريق والعمل داخل جماعة عن طريق الألعاب المشتركة وقد تبنت الرحلة شعار اتفق علية الجميع من أطفال ومشرفين وأخصائيين وهو ( كلنا زى بعض ) حيث ساعد وجود الأخصائيين الاجتماعين والنفسين على التقرب من الأبناء وتوجيه سلوكهم للتصرفات الايجابية مع زملائهم.
