المؤهلات:

• تبلغ من العمر32 سنة أو أقل
• حائز على شهادة جامعية من المستوى الأول) البكالوريوس(
• تتحدث إما الإنجليزية أو الفرنسية بطلاقة
• من واحدة من الدول المشاركة 2012 :

- الجزائر

- العراق

- عمان

- فلسطين

- المملكة العربية السعودية

- سوريا
